Every member has a fuel balance in your club's app (virtual fuel account), a bit like a prepaid card. They add money in a few taps with Apple Pay or Google Pay, or your staff can add it for them. You set the prices for each location. You can also set a minimum balance for booking, so fuel is already paid for before the boat leaves the dock.

Start the trip.
At departure, the member confirms the boat's fuel level. On boats with sensors, this is filled in for them. They only need to confirm.

Enjoy the water.
Nothing extra to do. If they refuel on the way, they simply note it in the app when they return.

Bring the boat home.
When the trip ends, the member confirms the readings again. MOXSEA works out what was used and takes the right amount from their balance. Done. There is nothing to send and nothing to follow up.
